The use of this site is governed and bound by the policies, terms and conditions set forth and described below. Please read them carefully and seek qualified assistance if needed.
Your use of this site indicates that you agree to these terms and that you will be bound as such by the terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Your submittal of any order to Legendary Longboards indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any order, whether
or not such terms or conditions are signed by Legendary Longboards. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at anytime.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold.
All of Legendary Longboards products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 14 days from the date of the invoice. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS.COM SITE. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS.COM SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCESSORS OR HEIRS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.
Shipping
All STOCK items are shipped FEDEX, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or DHL unless otherwise requested by the customer within 48 hours of your purchase.
CUSTOM MADE LONGBOARDS

In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you except for special order items.
CUSTOM MADE LONGBOARDS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN THE ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE READ OUR POLICY ABOUT RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU ORDER.
We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
Sales Taxes
Legendary Longboards shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Virginia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned to Legendary Longboards for replacement or refund in the following manner:
CUSTOM ORDERED LONGBOARDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. IF YOU ORDER A CUSTOM MADE LONGBOARD, YOU MAY NOT CANCEL THE ORDER OR RETURN THE ORDER. THIS IS A MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT, MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS AND THEREFORE WE CAN NOT CANCEL THE ORDER ONCE PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN, OR ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT AT ANY POINT.
Returns to Legendary Longboards must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer of your product. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. When Legendary Longboards receives the returned defective product, you will be credited in full for the defective product.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Once an item has been visibly used or installed, it cannot be returned NO EXCEPTIONS. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
There will be a 10 Dollar return fee for products not returned in the original manufacturers packaging.

All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number; any other means is at your own risk.
Jurisdiction and Venue
LEGENDARY LONGBOARDS shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Legendary Longboards.com sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Norfolk, Va.
